Our digital foundation integrates data across the asset lifecycle, breaks down silos, and enables real-time decision-making. AI transforms raw data into actionable insights and allows us to predict performance, optimise workflows, and automate decisions with speed and precision.
In drilling, our LOGIX orchestration solution controls the rig parameters, bottomhole assembly, and hydraulics to drive consistency and efficiency. On average, when the full LOGIX automation and remote operations family is deployed, we deliver up to a 20% reduction in total well time.
The ZEUS IQ intelligent fracturing platform integrates OCTIV automated frac services, with Sensori fracturing monitoring, to create a closed-loop system that listens to the reservoir and takes action in real time. With more than 45,000 automated stages executed and up to 17% improvement in stage efficiency, a forecasted estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) improvement of 2-4% has been modelled when we close the loop. ZEUS IQ intelligent fracturing gives our customers more control of asset performance.
Artificial lift is another cornerstone of our digital approach, where we engineer advanced systems tailored to meet the most demanding wells. Through solutions like our Intelevate platform, we combine design, monitoring, and data science to optimise electric submersible pump (ESP) performance, extend run life, and reduce costs. The launch of Summit Knowledge (SK) digital ecosystem features an all-in-one ESP workspace that empowers operators with real-time visibility and agile decision-making.
From insights to outcomes using science and AI
Halliburton is advancing the potential of the intelligent enterprise by integrating exploration and production data with scientific models, AI, and digital technologies to increase asset performance along its lifecycle.
Through our DecisionSpace 365 suite of software solutions, we deliver transformative domain science and AI into our customers’ workflows. Halliburton Landmark has been at the forefront of innovation in our industry for decades and still is. A new and transformative solution is Unified Ensemble Modelling, which redefines how the industry does reservoir modelling. Agile Asset Management, another new solution, integrates domain science models and digital orchestration to enable better decisions during field development planning.
RoboWell, the first AI solution for gas-lifted wells to boost production, is a result of the collaboration between ADNOC, AIQ, and Halliburton. This technology improves asset outcomes and enables autonomous wells that can self-adjust to maximise production within specified operating conditions. Science and AI embedded in configured software solutions are the way of the future.
